Skills
Strong expertise in applied machine learning with 3+ years delivering enterprise products
Proficiency in Python and ML/NLP frameworks like Huggingface, Spacy, Scikit-learn, Pytorch
Experience with Generative AI including fine-tuning and optimizing large language models and agentic AI systems
Ability to debug and support production distributed systems
Strong communication skills to collaborate across multi-functional teams
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Responsibilities
Lead development of machine learning models and data-driven algorithms for high-impact projects
Collaborate with product and platform teams to own ML solutions end-to-end
Analyze runtime complexity and production scalability of ML models
Communicate modeling decisions and limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build and maintain enterprise-grade AI products ensuring quality and timely delivery
Take full ownership of design, implementation, and maintenance of projects
Support production systems, troubleshoot distributed system challenges for reliability
Stay current with latest AI/ML developments and apply knowledge to innovate
Education
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or NLP
