Product Manager

🤓 Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform :

Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

  • Gather, understand, and analyze customers and internal needs.
  • Realize product discoveries on the market, buyers, users, and partners.
  • Define and deliver the roadmap according to your discoveries and the existing backlog.
  • Measure and optimize product performance and quality.
  • Work in collaboration with the Product team (Product Managers, Product Designers) and other stakeholders (Engineering, Support, Sales,...).

We are organised in Product teams, focused on a domain of the global platform. As the lead for the Public Data Acquisition team, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution, driving the development and evolution of:

  • the public data collection: all activities related to crawling, scraping, and preprocessing data from external e-commerce websites. It also includes handling anti-blocking mechanisms and ensuring data quality for ingestion.
  • the product matching: responsible for automatically matching customer products with data collected from e-commerce sites. It includes logic for suggesting matches and validation systems where customers confirm or decline matches.

🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a product manager or similar position.
  • You have some experience in retail, e-commerce, feed management, and knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
  • You had an impact on the conception and delivery of a product responding to customers' needs.
  • Flexible and customer-oriented, you enjoy problem-solving and decision-making based on data and impact measurement.
  • You know how to lead a product feature team, in a functional and technically demanding work environment.
  • You are familiar with modern development frameworks like Agile, SCRUM, Kanban,...
  • You are fluent in English.
