Description: Update the WM portion of the Title 1 Resolution plan. This is a 203-page document on the Wealth Management (WM) Business and Sale Package, which details the structure and considerations for a potential buyer to consider in a Firm-wide resolution scenario resulting from financial stress.
The resource will manage the WM project, refresh the content and supporting materials, coordinate the actions of content contributors, acquire data, and update the narrative as needed.
Materials include documenting the operational baseline on in-scope personnel, technology, vendors, facilities, and intellectual property across WM front office and its supporting Firmwide functions.
Overview: 2025 WM Title 1 Resolution Plan Refresh
Every 4 years, Client is required to update the Title 1 Resolution plan to reflect any changes in scope, strategies, capabilities, organizational / business structure changes etc. A 2025 mid-cycle refresh is required to reflect WM organizational changes.
WM is required to maintain the strategy and documentation for the resolution of the WM brokerage and Client businesses.
To demonstrate that WM are separable, the Firm has a strategy for dedicated personnel, vendor services, technology, facilities and related contracts likely to be transferred to each buyer on the first day after the divestiture.
Necessary shared services and resources may be provided to buyers by operationally and financially resilient MSEs pursuant to Transitional Services Agreements (“TSAs”), which can be based on existing SLAs between MSEs and their MOE customers.
Potential impediments and performed legal risk assessments are analyzed to demonstrate that the sales can be executed contemporaneously with no disruption to execution of the ISG Solvent Wind Down
