📌 About the Position:

Our Account Management roles sit at the center of client success—serving as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. We're currently hiring across multiple levels, from Account Coordinator (individual contributor) to Account Manager (mid-level) and Account Director (senior-level) positions.

Based on your experience, we’ll align you to the role where you’ll be set up to make an impact and continue to grow. All positions involve cross-functional collaboration with Media, Creative, and Analytics teams, and provide opportunities to advance your career in a high-growth environment.

These roles report to varying levels of leadership within Client Services, based on position and account structure. Salary ranges vary from $50,000 to $125,000 depending on role and experience.

💥 Your Impact:

Project & Campaign Management:
You’ll manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns across channels. You’ll coordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders to keep projects moving forward efficiently and effectively.

Client Relationship Building:
You’ll develop strong partnerships with clients—whether you’re managing day-to-day communications or serving as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders—ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Strategic Execution:
You’ll translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and work with internal teams to implement performance-driven solutions. Depending on level, you’ll either support execution, lead campaigns, or oversee entire account portfolios.

Data-Driven Insights:
You’ll work with performance data to assess marketing impact, identify areas for optimization, and present insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll help tell the story behind the numbers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You’ll work with channel experts, creative leads, and media strategists to ensure campaign alignment and client success. At more senior levels, you’ll lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior talent.

Financial & Operational Excellence:
You’ll contribute to budget management, invoicing accuracy, and forecasting. At higher levels, you’ll take ownership of account financials, ensuring profitability and growth opportunities.

Business Growth & Opportunity Identification:
You’ll identify ways to grow client accounts—whether through new service offerings, budget expansion, or innovative solutions. At the Director level, you’ll lead strategic growth conversations and partner with leadership to close new opportunities.

Depending on your experience level, the right role for you might include:

  • 1–10+ years of experience in a digital agency setting, with exposure to or ownership of performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Experience with campaign management, digital strategy, client communication, and reporting
  • In-platform knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and project management tools like Asana
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Interest in and willingness to adopt new technologies, including generative AI tools
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management (for mid to senior-level roles)
  • Proven ability to mentor others and lead teams (for senior-level roles)
