Sr. Full Stack Developer (webOS Platform & Service Innovation)

LG Electronics, a global consumer electronics leader, is expanding its webOS platform team in Santa Clara to develop innovative smart TV services and enhance user experiences through cutting-edge full-stack development.

Skills

Strong proficiency with front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong proficiency with back-end programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java and related frameworks.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Version control experience, preferably with Git.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services for the webOS platform.
Develop user-facing features and interfaces based on requirements and design.
Build secure and efficient backend APIs and services.
Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, UX/UI designers, developers, and partners.
Work with large datasets and integrate AI/ML-powered features.
Ensure technical feasibility and effective implementation of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Stay updated with web technologies, industry trends, and best development practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical roadmap planning.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
