Responsibilities
- Supports clients' physical and psychological safety.
- Monitors and oversees clients' self-administration of medication.
- Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations.
- Transports clients on outings and doctor’s appointments.
- Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis.
- Assists clients with nutritional and dietary needs.
- Facilitates groups as appropriate to licensure.
- Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
