Job Description

The Technical Consultant is a key technical resource in our Customer Success Organization driving value through system integration. The Technical Consultant works closely with our customers in partnership with our account teams to design & implement technical solutions.  The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with great communications, organizational, and technical skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions product suite with deeper understanding of our technical offerings. 

  • Partner with account teams to understand customer requirements & present solutions leveraging LinkedIn products & integrations 

  • Provide technical consulting during new customer acquisition, onboarding & implementations 

  • Partner with our customer success teams on how to drive adoption of integrations and optimize workflows for existing customers 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, Customer Support, Product Management and Engineering to monitor customer issues and project status.  

  • Provide feedback to leaders & our internal product teams on market trends, while staying up to date with the latest trends in Human Resources (HR) technologies 

  • Identify opportunities to optimize our processes & bring additional value to customers through our products and services 

 

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years' experience of working on technical product integrations or 3+ years in a customer facing consulting role 

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese or Italian  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for technical and business audiences 

  • Experience of implementing enterprise software or other technologies 

  • Fluency in a fourth language especially Dutch, Turkish or Arabic 

  • Experience and/or Familiarity with one or more of the following: Identify and access management, security protocols, SQL, Learning Management Systems, RESTful APIs 

  • Familiarity with solution architecture 

  • Proven experience working with senior executives, complex customers and comfortable in client-facing environments and presentations. 

  • Ability to do discovery with customers to learn about their strategic goals for their business. 

  • Proven project management capabilities and stakeholder management
