The Technical Consultant is a key technical resource in our Customer Success Organization driving value through system integration. The Technical Consultant works closely with our customers in partnership with our account teams to design & implement technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with great communications, organizational, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions product suite with deeper understanding of our technical offerings.
Partner with account teams to understand customer requirements & present solutions leveraging LinkedIn products & integrations
Provide technical consulting during new customer acquisition, onboarding & implementations
Partner with our customer success teams on how to drive adoption of integrations and optimize workflows for existing customers
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, Customer Support, Product Management and Engineering to monitor customer issues and project status.
Provide feedback to leaders & our internal product teams on market trends, while staying up to date with the latest trends in Human Resources (HR) technologies
Identify opportunities to optimize our processes & bring additional value to customers through our products and services
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years' experience of working on technical product integrations or 3+ years in a customer facing consulting role
Fluent in English and Portuguese or Italian
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for technical and business audiences
Experience of implementing enterprise software or other technologies
Fluency in a fourth language especially Dutch, Turkish or Arabic
Experience and/or Familiarity with one or more of the following: Identify and access management, security protocols, SQL, Learning Management Systems, RESTful APIs
Familiarity with solution architecture
Proven experience working with senior executives, complex customers and comfortable in client-facing environments and presentations.
Ability to do discovery with customers to learn about their strategic goals for their business.
Proven project management capabilities and stakeholder management
