Senior Firmware Engineer - BMS Software

Lucid Motors is a leader in luxury electric vehicles, focusing on innovative, sustainable mobility solutions. They seek a Senior Firmware Engineer to advance battery management software, ensuring world-class design, reliability, and performance.

Skills

Embedded software architecture and design expertise.
Proficiency in C programming and Python experience.
Knowledge of schematics and peripheral interfaces.
Experience with multi-core safety-critical system development.
Familiarity with software design and development tools.

Responsibilities

Lead innovative architecture and design of battery management software.
Develop high-performance, reliable real-time embedded systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to advance BMS and energy intelligence features.
Design and own mission-critical features such as state machines, fault handling, and diagnostics.
Provide versatile support and handle additional departmental tasks as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
Master's degree or higher is preferred.
