Sr. Manager, Full Stack and Integrations Engineering

Lucid Motors is a leader in luxury electric vehicles focused on innovative, sustainable mobility. They seek a strategic Senior Manager for Full Stack and Integrations Engineering to lead a team responsible for scalable web applications and systems integration, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Skills

Strong full stack development expertise with modern frameworks like React, Node.js, Java, Spring boot
Experience integrating internal and third-party systems using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, message queues, and Workato
Proficient in microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Hands-on experience with development tools and technologies including AI coding assistants, Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes
Technical leadership with strong focus on secure app and container development

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineers in full stack and integration disciplines fostering innovation and collaboration
Define and drive the technical vision, roadmap, and best practices for full stack development and system integration
Collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions
Ensure software reliability, compliance, security, and adoption of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development
Architect robust APIs and microservices supporting internal and external system integrations
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and communicate proactively about risks and blockers
Monitor team performance metrics and drive continuous operational improvements

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
