About the Role


We are looking to hire a skilled and motivated UX Researcher to join our team at MentorMate and to work on a large healthcare project. This role will involve conducting comprehensive user research to understand and analyze user needs, behaviors, and preferences. You will be an integral part of our design team, collaborating with designers, product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to develop products and services that deliver exceptional user experiences. To be successful, you should have a strong passion for understanding user needs, possess excellent analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. 



Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences that inform product and service design. 
  • Design, develop, and execute research plans, including usability tests, interviews, and surveys. 
  • Analyze user research data to extract insights and present clear findings to stakeholders. 
  • Stay updated on UX trends and industry best practices. 
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to create user-centered solutions. 
  • Use research methods such as A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability testing. 
  • Help develop user experience design strategies and concepts. 
  • Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. 
  • Mentor junior UX researchers and provide guidance. 
  • Prepare and present user research reports to stakeholders. 


Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience. 
  • High degree of creativity, empathy, and passion. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including storytelling, visualizing, and the use of qualitative and quantitative data to gain support for initiatives and inspire enthusiasm for execution. 
  • Ability to drive clarity on the largest and most difficult projects. 
  • Proficient in user research, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
