Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish regarding mobile banking operations.
  • Assist users with account management, transaction issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide thorough explanations of banking products, services, and security measures.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately for quality control and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex banking issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on changes to banking regulations, services, and features.
  • Collect and enhance customer feedback to contribute to a better banking experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and banking software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
