AI Business Process CSP Scale Practice Lead

It empowers organizations to leverage the power of digital labor, reimagine processes and increase productivity by integrating Al into everyday workflows, from frontline to knowledge workers. This transformation is anchored in secure, scalable, and responsible Al adoption, helping customers become Al-powered organizations.

Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners are pivotal in scaling the Al Workforce vision, especially in the Small and Medium Enterprise & Corporate (SME&C) segment. They serve not only as trusted advisors but also enable purchase and adoption of technology, guiding customers through Al transformation journeys and enabling them to unlock the full value of Al workforce solutions.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven AI Business Process Partner Solution Lead to drive the scale motion for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners and accelerate the adoption of agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role will be responsible for design, activation and amplification of CSP partner investments across GTM and Enablement programs – to drive this exciting market development effort.
