Body Shop Manager - Commercial Trucks

Miller Transportation Group is hiring immediately for an experienced Body Shop Manager for our shop in New Haven, CT. With career development opportunities, great benefits, and competitive pay, you can make your career at Miller.

You Will:

  • Manage all body shop work and personnel
  • Manage the full-body restoration and paint to trucks involved in collisions. Repairs will include fiber glass, welding on aluminum/steel/stainless steel, trailers, side rails/sheets, and roll up doors among other fixes.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed on time
  • Maintain running cost within budget
  • Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs requiring a high level of customer service
  • At least 6 years experience managing a truck body shop (straight trucks, tractors, and trailers)
  • Experience supporting a large fleet of trucks
  • High level of focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Managed an operating budget for a larger truck body shop
  • Competitive Compensation: $90,000-110,000 per year + annual bonus based on KPI's
  • Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM
