Full Stack Software Engineer
MORSE Corp is an employee-owned small business specializing in cutting-edge technologies for the US National Security Ecosystem. They are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to work on projects involving big data, AI, autonomous vehicle mission planning, and cloud applications.
Skills
- Experience with React and front end development
- Proficient in Python programming
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of web UI implementation and backend API development
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications hosted on cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to containerize applications for cloud deployment
- Implement web page UIs from design documents
- Write backend APIs that interact with cloud services
- Work closely with team members to design, develop, and deploy software applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development and cloud computing trends
- Contribute to the development of new object-oriented, extensible, and maintainable code bases
Education
- BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent degree
- Or significant professional experience
