Data Platform Software Engineer

Muon Space is a space systems provider focused on delivering mission-critical satellite data. They seek a Data Platform Software Engineer to develop and maintain scalable data and ML pipeline platforms supporting climate monitoring initiatives.

Skills

Experience with container orchestration platforms
Proficiency in CI/CD and GitOps processes
Familiarity with observability tools for monitoring
Customer and service provider interaction experience

Responsibilities

Scale and maintain data workflow orchestration platforms
Collaborate on improving data and ML pipelines
Maintain expertise in data platform solutions
Engage with satellite and payload teams to define data requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
