Automotive Parts Manager

What You’ll Do:

Oversee Parts Operations: Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate parts availability for service and retail customers.

Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of parts advisors and staff to achieve departmental goals.

Optimize Inventory: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to balance stock levels while minimizing obsolescence.

Drive Profitability: Meet or exceed parts sales and profit targets while controlling costs.

Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, manufacturer programs, and product knowledge to maintain expertise in the luxury automotive market.


What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive parts management role. Experience with luxury brands is preferred.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals and provide exceptional service.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive parts and inventory systems. Knowledge of Porsche parts systems is a plus.

Customer Focus: Passion for delivering a premium customer experience.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Proficiency: Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) and inventory control software.
