About the Role:
As a Technical Recruiter (Contract) at Narmi, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a specific focus within our EPD function to fill various roles from engineers to product specialists. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer stage. Narmi's goal is to build the best digital banking platform in the world and we cannot do this without amazing technical talent.
The expected compensation for this role is $35-$45 per hour. Maximum expected hours range from 30-35 hours per week in accordance with business need at the discretion of the Sr. People Operations Manager. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge and skills.
