Responsibilities:
Drive technical vision and engineering excellence across PPF and EUV facilities
Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines
Execute R&D roadmap aligned with NSTC and NAPMP objectives
Provide technical guidance in process integration, device physics, and advanced packaging
Foster collaboration between industry partners, research institutions, and government agencies
Manage complex research projects and technology transfer initiatives
Oversee engineering budget and resource allocation
Ensure safety compliance and operational excellence
Drive innovation culture and technical leadership development
Required Skills and Experience:
Master's or PhD in Engineering, Material Science, or related field
15+ years semiconductor industry experience
Proven leadership experience at tier 1 semiconductor company
Deep expertise in silicon, device & process integration
Strong track record of R&D planning and execution
Demonstrated ability to build and lead technical teams
Experience with collaborative research organizations
Excellence in stakeholder management
