Program Manager

Description

NATECH is seeking a Program Manager in support of the Army Joint Support Team (AJST). This is a full-time onsite position at Hurlburt Field, FL, with travel to locations CONUS and OCONUS, and requires an Active Secret Clearance. 

This position is contingent on contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage all personnel assigned to the contract. 
• Ensure bench is adequate to meet upcoming customer staffing requirements.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate as needed with customer on hiring decisions.
• Liaison between customer and corporate office to ensure project runs smoothly.
• Manage Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR).
• Oversee education and training support. 
• Customize education and training designed for Specialized Joint Air-Ground Training (SJAT).
• Provide the capability to set up, configure, troubleshoot, perform fault isolation, operate, and provide instruction for elements of Army C2 systems.
• Provide Operational Training and Technical Support to Army Battlefield Coordination Detachments (BCD). 
• Move the Army systems from the exercise location to the AJST storage location, erase / remove exercise data from drives and storage media as necessary and IAW DoD standards and reconfigure the systems.
• Provide support to the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). 
• Provide support to US Air Force BLUE FLAG and Bamboo Eagle exercises. 
• Adhere to/implement published building security procedures. 
• Maintain general cleanliness of contractor work areas and contribute to common area cleanliness. 
• Comply with local policies and procedures regarding base operations and security. 
• Maintain security container checklists, building security checklists, and other such records as may be required by local policies and procedures. 
• Perform information assurance tasks for Army C2 systems and related systems used for training by the government in accordance with DoD, Service, and local instructions, directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide education, training, analysis, and recommendations to other Army activities involved in C2 systems development, testing, experimentation, education, and training.

Requirements

• Experience working in a joint military environment.
• 10 years or more experience in a project management/leadership role.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.
• Active US SECRET clearance
• Knowledge of the AJST program is highly desired.
