Digital Learning Lead

The Digital Learning Lead will manage and actively participate in the development of innovative, interactive, and effective e-learning and digital training solutions. This role utilizes advanced digital tools, AI, and multimedia to create engaging learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and application. The Digital Learning Lead works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital programs align with organizational goals and meet the needs of learners.

Additionally, this position is responsible for selecting, implementing, and integrating the organization’s learning management system (LMS) and other digital learning tools. The aim is to ensure their effective use in delivering and tracking learning experiences seamlessly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the strategic planning & budgeting of the Learning Estate programs & initiatives.
  • Participate with the Learning Director and the team in identifying the function's strategic objectives.
  • Create a comprehensive framework/ strategy for digital learning that aligns with the broader Learning Estate's curriculum.
  • Ensure the delivery of all digital learning assets (intended for internal or external use) aligns with organizational objectives, corporate culture, desired competencies, and the Learning Estate's tone of voice, personality, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all Nawy's Learning Estate learning programs are delivered in a manner that reflects the main principles of quality education, expert-driven real estate knowledge, and an immersive learning experience.
  • Create e-learning modules, microlearning assets, and other digital learning materials using industry-leading tools.
  • Leverage multimedia (e.g., videos, animations, simulations) to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure effective and engaging digital content.
  • Embed assessments within digital programs to evaluate learner progress and program effectiveness.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of the organization's LMS platform, as well as of other digital learning tools, ensuring they align with training needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless deployment and functionality of LMS features.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to create adaptive and personalized learning experiences.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in e-learning, AR/VR, and gamification, incorporating them into program design.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging digital content.
  • Work with the extended Learning Estate team to support conducting learning needs analysis, defining the learning curriculum, and creating the learning calendar/ schedule.
  • Measures the effectiveness of digital learning interventions using specific metrics such as, but not limited to, utilization rates, completion rates, assessment scores, content impact and learner satisfaction.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve digital learning offerings and experience based on learner's evaluations and insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Highly preferable): Professional certification in instructional design, education technology or adult education.
  • Experience Min. 5 years of experience in digital learning design or e-learning development. (Real Estate experience is a plus)
  • Tech Experience (Mandatory): MS Office, proven track record using e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.) and proficiency managing different Learning Management Systems (e.g. TalentLMS, Moodle, SAP Litmos etc), proficiency using digital design & multimedia tools (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Cut Pro etc.), proficiency with virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex etc.), experience with feedback and evaluation tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey), knowledge of gamification techniques and  interactive facilitation tools (e.g., Kahoot, Mentimeter). Preferable: Knowledge of AI based learning tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper AI etc.).
