As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales activities, working closely with our Federal Government and clients to understand their business needs to craft compelling proposals that deliver business value. You will support our senior leadership, in showcasing our capabilities to customers. You will be the driving force behind creating cutting-edge, comprehensive solution architectures that consider scalability, performance, and security.
You will collaborate and partner closely with our clients to design end-to-end solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. This role demands a deep understanding of clients' technology landscapes and the ability to architect compelling solutions that meet their business strategies. You will be responsible for architectural decisions ensuring solutions are compliant with industry regulations, standards and best practices. Alongside this you'll also be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team and culture through talent development and knowledge sharing.
You will work closely with sales teams to highlight the business value of large solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies. Your responsibilities include delivering presentations and technical workshops to explain complex concepts, responding to RF(x) requests with tailored solutions, and developing compelling value propositions. You will need a deep understanding of clients' technology landscapes to inform strategic recommendations and participate in strategic sales planning, ensuring IT initiatives meet both client and company goals.
You will architect scalable and secure solutions across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll create solution documentation and architecture diagrams to guide implementation, collaborate with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements, and manage risks to ensure designs comply with regulations. Additionally, you will provide governance during the delivery phase to maintain architectural integrity and alignment with the original design.
You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment. You will clearly communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, maintain a professional presence in client-facing situations, and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
