Nebius is a publicly-traded cloud computing company pioneering AI infrastructure solutions. They seek a visionary VP of Developer Relations & Community to lead and build a global developer ecosystem strategy, driving adoption and engagement through advocacy, content, and community programs.

Skills

Proven leadership in Developer Relations or equivalent roles with cloud infrastructure or developer platforms.
Strong technical expertise in cloud services, containers, serverless, or AI/ML technologies.

Define and scale the global Developer Relations strategy, establishing advocacy, education, and enablement programs.
Champion the developer experience by collaborating with product and engineering for seamless onboarding and high-quality developer tools.
Grow an open, vibrant developer ecosystem targeting compute, containers, AI/ML infrastructure, and GPU orchestration domains.
Lead technical storytelling through public representation, blogs, talks, and videos to inspire and educate developers.
Launch and manage global community engagement initiatives including hackathons, meetups, ambassador networks, and partnerships.
Own the developer content strategy ensuring clarity and technical accuracy across documentation and tutorials.
Recruit and lead a high-performing distributed team across developer advocacy, content, and program management.
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap, marketing alignment, and developer feature evolution.
Drive impact by setting KPIs on ecosystem health, growth, and reach and iterating using data insights.
Monitor industry trends to keep the developer strategy relevant, compelling, and competitive.
