Lecturer for the GenAI Enablement service

About the project 

GenAI Enablement service is a Neurons Lab’s educational service. We empower non-technical teams with hands-on training for cutting-edge generative AI tools, optimizing their efficiency and unlocking new opportunities. We bridge the knowledge gap between cutting-edge GenAI technology and domain use cases. We teach non-technical teams what is it GenAI, provide insights into AI basics, and discover practical applications in areas like marketing, sales, product development, customer support, HR, and more. Participants gain hands-on experience with top GenAI tools and receive a roadmap for future enablement in processes, tasks, and goals.

Duration: 1 education round takes 1-2 weeks (max 3)

Objective

Deliver a High-Quality and Engaging GenAI Enablement Training Program upon customer request or based on our training program.

KPI

  • Achieve clients’ satisfaction rating of 4 and higher by covering their expectations and needs.

  • Achieve an average participant satisfaction rating of 4.5 or higher (out of 5).

  • Complete all training materials on time and within budget.

  • 70% of participants are actively engaged in the education

  • Implementing education improvements according to the feedback and customer needs

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop, adjust and deliver engaging and informative AI training sessions that cater to a diverse range of learners with varying levels of expertise, from different domains (banking, finance, retail, health, insurance)

  • Effectively communicate information clearly, concisely, and easily understood to non-technical audiences.

  • Design and implement hands-on practical exercises that enable learners to apply their knowledge of AI tools to real-world problems and scenarios.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into training sessions.

  • Collaborate with other specialists to develop and refine training materials and methodologies.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout GenAI Enablement course.
