Inside Sales Account Specialist

New Pig is searching for an enthusiastic, confident and growth-oriented Inside Sales Account Specialist to increase sales, sustain current sales and recover lost accounts within a group of assigned New Pig accounts. This position requires proactive contact with customers and effective communication skills while being aware of and responsive to customer needs.

 
This position will be located in our Duncansville, PA location. With this position you would enjoy a base salary, set hours, no weekends or evenings, paid time off, low cost insurance and 401(k) and profit-sharing opportunities.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Uncover, identify and close additional customer needs
  • Expand the range of product categories purchased and drive sales growth within assigned accounts 
  • Recover lost business within assigned accounts
  • Take on new projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Work in fast paced environment and be results oriented
  • Maintain clear, concise records for all calls including discussions, follow up actions and results in CRM system
  • Support and follow company policies and procedures
  • Exemplify New Pig’s core values
  • Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years experience B2B inside sales / phone sales
  • Ability to learn and apply New Pig's sales results-oriented methodologies
  • Ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised, and persuasive manner
