Nexxen is a global leader in flexible advertising solutions powered by data, seeking a skilled UX/UI Product Designer to innovate and enhance user experiences across its programmatic platforms. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric designs for supply-side and demand-side platforms.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, prototyping, and animation tools like Adobe After Effects for Lottie.
Strong knowledge of web standards and technologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analyses.
Ability to create intuitive and engaging UI designs backed by user data.
Effective cross-team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design phases: discovery, concept & design, and production for programmatic platforms.
Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and conduct market research.
Develop user flow diagrams, site maps, and high-fidelity UI designs using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and related tools.
Present designs for stakeholder approval and coordinate with product and engineering teams for implementation.
Create annotated wireframes and review engineering deliverables for quality assurance of final user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout development cycles.
Identify and drive improvements within existing platform systems to enhance user experiences.

Education

BA in Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
Continued education in UX/UI design programs accepted.
