AI Prompt Engineer

NiCE is a leading software company specializing in AI, cloud, and digital solutions, serving over 25,000 global businesses. They seek an AI Prompt Engineer for their Illuminate Research team to optimize and innovate generative AI prompts, collaborating across teams to enhance customer experiences.

Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English
Familiarity with prompt engineering strategies across major LLMs
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Python and experience with prototyping frameworks like Streamlit or Flask
Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple time zones

Responsibilities

Analyze production metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for prompt improvement
Debug, refine, and maintain high-performing prompts in English for generative AI systems
Develop and execute test strategies for LLM-based systems
Collaborate with global development teams to integrate prompt changes and new features
Partner with Product Managers and Architects to implement prompts for new functionalities
Create and share performance data through quantitative analysis and reports
Develop custom prompt solutions for enterprise clients with Professional Services and Product teams
Review prompt updates with ML Engineers and consult on complex challenges
Stay updated on LLM capabilities and best practices across major model providers

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or Finance
