Lead QA Architect

The company is seeking a Lead QA Architect to oversee and drive quality assurance strategies for its flagship product suite, ensuring superior software quality through automation, leadership, and strategic planning.

Skills

Experience in QA leadership and team management
Strong automation testing skills and extensive QA engineering background
Proficiency in CI/CD and Test-Driven Development methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile software development lifecycle
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and responsibility

Responsibilities

Serve as quality leader responsible for product quality in a specific domain
Track quality tasks, analyze testing needs, and define QA activities and ownership
Continuously evaluate and improve testing coverage and quality processes
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies across the domain
Lead QA efforts aligned with product goals to ensure rapid, confident product releases
Implement and enhance QA processes to scale testing and improve test signals
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams on automation and reliability solutions
Plan and lead Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) testing
Define best practices and guidelines for automation and manual testing
Coordinate cross-organizational and cross-regional testing activities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
