Software Engineer - Automation AI
NiCE is a global leader in cloud customer experience platforms, delivering advanced AI and automation solutions, seeking a Software Engineer focused on automation and AI to join their agile team in Salt Lake City. This role involves software development, testing, and product enhancement with opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies.
Skills
- Proficient in C#, Angular, and JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and Visual Studio
- Working knowledge of unit testing and use case/user story implementation
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software across multiple tiers including design, development, and testing
- Participate actively in agile teams to enhance software using C#, ASP.NET, and Go
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects identified during QA
- Support production environments and collaborate with other developers
- Design and present improvement projects for processes and platform features
- Engage with system analysis and product management for project success
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
