Product Requirements Analyst – Data & AI Solutions

NISC develops and implements enterprise-level software solutions for utilities and broadband providers across North America. They seek a Product Requirements Analyst specializing in Data & AI Solutions to translate business needs into technical requirements and champion AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements analysis and management

Advanced knowledge of requirements best practices
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and enterprise data platforms

Responsibilities

Elicit, research, and validate product and project requirements focused on data architecture, reporting, and AI capabilities.
Manage use cases and requirements ownership, particularly involving AI technologies and enterprise analytics.
Lead stakeholder interviews and documentation to uncover unmet needs for AI-driven solutions.
Provide leadership and direction on scalable AI enhancements to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate work with SMEs across data engineering, AI, and development life cycles.
Lead or participate in change review boards for automation, data intelligence, or AI adoption enhancements.
Support and improve software development lifecycle with attention to evolving technologies.
Promote requirements best practices and innovation in AI and analytics across the company.
Develop and deliver training; mentor team members.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
