Product Requirements Analyst – Data & AI Solutions

NISC develops and implements enterprise-level software solutions for utilities and broadband providers across North America. They seek a Product Requirements Analyst specializing in Data & AI Solutions to translate business needs into technical requirements and champion AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, research, and validate product and project requirements focused on data architecture, reporting, and AI capabilities.
  • Manage use cases and requirements ownership, particularly involving AI technologies and enterprise analytics.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews and documentation to uncover unmet needs for AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide leadership and direction on scalable AI enhancements to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate work with SMEs across data engineering, AI, and development life cycles.
  • Lead or participate in change review boards for automation, data intelligence, or AI adoption enhancements.
  • Support and improve software development lifecycle with attention to evolving technologies.
  • Promote requirements best practices and innovation in AI and analytics across the company.
  • Develop and deliver training; mentor team members.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
