The Principal Media Measurement Lead role will support Nordstrom and Rack, Nordstrom Enterprise Media and Nordstrom Media Network. Our team will focus on partnering with our paid channel teams, unpaid channels teams, Brand teams, and NMN teams to operationalize, scale and govern our marketing measurement. This is an individual contributor role.
A day in the life...
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to prioritize and build roadmap for best-in-class advanced marketing technology and capabilities.
Drive adoption and maturity of next-gen Media reporting by leading stakeholder group across Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Technology.
Champion roll-out of GA4 for Marketing organization by serving as subject matter expert of GA4 tags, events, schemas, and attribution methodology.
Own the re-structuring and governance of Marketing taxonomy for accurate measurement including UTM parameters, metadata and audience naming conventions.
Own governance of Marketing tags using Google Tag Manager. This includes the implementation and continual optimization of tags using JavaScript, documenting changes, ensuring accuracy and standardization for reporting needs.
Lead requirements gathering for Marketing reporting needs and partner with Product and Technology in architecting data flow between platforms.
Oversee ingress data flows required for MMM reporting.
Oversee ingress data flows into BigQuery required for NMN and Enterprise Media reporting.
Oversee ingress and egress data flows for Funnel.io required to enable reporting from activation platforms.
Stay up to date with latest developments in the digital privacy landscape and lead JWN toward best practices.
You own this if you have...
7+ years in Digital Marketing and/or Digital E-Commerce
Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager
Advanced skills in BigQuery, SQL
Previous experience with Looker Studio
Previous experience in developing data governance solutions in marketing
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technical projects and initiatives in Digital Marketing environment
Ability to drive decisions and alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent program management skills

Washington: $123,500-$233,500 annuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
