Nuffield Health is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting programme of work within the Employee, Infrastructure and Data technology unit to join us on a 12-month fix term contract.
As the Technology Delivery Manger within our Finance, Procurement & HR squad, you’ll be at the heart of delivering multiple important initiatives across our Nuffield estate. You’ll be working in a multi-disciplined team covering both project / programme delivery and continuous improvements in the finance and human resources space.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technology Delivery Manager with a strong track record in delivering projects across a complex environment. You will bring a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion. Experience in healthcare would be a bonus – but a passion for delivering fast-paced change in a complex estate is what we’re looking for.
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you’ll bring:
Significant demonstrable experience of practising and embedding at least one applicable methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
Proven delivery experience in a complex technology environment with a high volume of change, balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
Proven ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
An accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation.
Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Provide effective operational leadership in respect of finance and/or people / HR solutions within the technology department.
Demonstrable capability to resolve conflict and to build, maintain, and utilise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
A collaborative working style with a relentless focus on delivering outcomes.
Experience of working in healthcare and managing best practice in the field of finance or people solutions would be beneficial
