Job Description:

Old Republic Title is looking for a driven and curious Application Developer ready to grow their career in software development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative tech team, work with modern tools and technologies and build solutions that directly impact the real estate industry.

• Experience developing software from design specifications with minimal assistance and able to manage code in a team environment.

• Proficient in unit testing and other quality assurance activities. 

• Competent to work on most phases of application systems analysis and programming.

EXPERIENCE:

Typically has 2-5 years of relevant experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Web application and/or service development experience, preferably with Microsoft technologies such as C#.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core and Typescript or JavaScript.

• Experience with MS SQL Server 2008 or higher.

• Troubleshooting abilities in the listed technologies.

• Experience with tools such as source control (GIT, TFS), change control, code review, code quality and/or security scan.

• Experience designing and developing with JavaScript frameworks (Angular) and the NPM ecosystem preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
