Are you a licensed Mechanical Engineer with a passion for designing innovative solutions in the healthcare sector? As a Mechanical Engineer on Olsson's Facilities Engineering and Design team, you’ll perform standard engineering techniques and procedures, applying sound judgment to make minor adaptations and modifications. In this role, you’ll contribute to generating ideas and creating designs that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency for healthcare facilities.

At Olsson, we're on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Engineer specializing in Healthcare Buildings to join our dynamic Facilities Engineering and Design team. Located right in Lincoln, NE, you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative engineering solutions tailored for the healthcare sector. Your expertise will drive the evaluation, design, and construction of plans for a range of healthcare projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You'll engage in everything from conducting process design calculations and analyzing reports to preparing cost estimates that assess project feasibility. A big part of your day-to-day will involve working closely with project managers and clients to keep everyone updated on progress and document management. We value strong communication, collaboration, and a desire to positively impact communities, so if you're a licensed Mechanical Engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit and at least four years of experience—two of which should be in healthcare design—we want to hear from you!
