As a Project Construction Manager, you will be responsible for understanding third-party plan submittals, observing and documenting construction activities for compliance with railroad guidelines and approved submittals, managing the day-to-day correspondence with railroad clients in the field, and initiating actions needed to keep third-party contractors aligned with railroad safety and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal and external railroad stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. They should have a strong interest in construction processes and operations, demonstrating a keen understanding of the intricacies involved. Additionally, having substantial experience in railroad construction or a background in railroad construction management is essential for this role.
This role will include being onsite at multiple locations and will require significant travel. Travel expectations for this position are estimated at 90% - 100% and will require visiting different projects across multiple states. We are seeking candidates whose home base is located in or near the Denver, CO, Loveland, CO, and Colorado Springs area. Some work may occur over weekends. Regular travel home is planned for and included based on actual project coverage needs. All travel costs are paid for by the company.

Typical salary range for this position is $57,521 to $94,528+ and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
