We are looking for a Video Team Lead to spearhead the growth of Omnisend’s YouTube channel and elevate our video content strategy, as well as provide video content for various stakeholders. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to ensure our video content not only educates but also captivates and engages our audience. You’ll be embedded within our Communications & Creative team to oversee all video initiatives and drive measurable growth in our video performance.


What you’ll do at Omnisend:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow Omnisend’s YouTube channel, driving subscriber growth and engagement
  • Plan, manage, and optimize video content, focusing on educational topics, tutorials, success stories, and thought leadership in the email and SMS marketing space
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Product, Marketing) to identify key video topics that align with Omnisend’s brand goals
  • Oversee video production, ensuring high-quality outputs that are consistent with our brand identity and tone
  • Analyze YouTube metrics and performance data, translating insights into actionable improvements for future content
  • Serve as the creative lead for the video team, brainstorming and implementing new video formats, styles, and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh and engaging
  • Manage a team of video editors, content creators, and on-screen talent, fostering collaboration and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, implementing new tactics to optimize performance.

  • Proven experience growing a YouTube channel, managing video strategies, or leading video production projects
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, audience analytics, and content optimization techniques

  • Familiarity with video editing software and production tools & in-house video studio operations, with the ability to provide guidance on technical aspects (hands-on editing experience is a plus but not required).
