Onbe, a fast-growing FinTech company, seeks a strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead marketing efforts, drive customer acquisition, and improve market presence through comprehensive demand-generation strategies and collaborative cross-functional partnership.

CRM proficiency (MS Dynamics)
Business Intelligence tools exposure (Tableau, PowerBI, Domo)

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end demand generation strategy with integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, ABM, and events.
Manage budgets and forecasts to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
Leverage analytics tools to gain insights and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to build coordinated programs for lead generation.
Devise and optimize campaigns and sales cadences for targeted and cohesive messaging.
Administer weekly campaign performance reporting and measurement.
Lead and develop a team of demand generation professionals fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
