Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for proactively contacting leads generated by our Account Management team to qualify prospects and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. This role requires a high volume of outbound calling, meticulous record-keeping in Salesforce, and strict adherence to partner guidelines. Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls per day to leads provided by the Account Management team.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, identifying key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and assessing their potential fit for UVC.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives, ensuring accurate information and a clear understanding of the members need.
  • CRM Management: Accurately and consistently record all activities, interactions, and lead information in Salesforce.
  • Lead Management: Work leads in a timely manner, following up promptly.
  • Partner Compliance: Adhere to all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by our partners.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified appointments and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our UVC product offerings, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with prospects, sales representatives, and other team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, BA preferred.
  • Tech Savvy - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills to promote & sell our products/services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service or a contact center environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Openness to training and development opportunities


Attire:

• Business casual attire is required for this role reflecting a polished and professional appearance.


Compensation:

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Commission on closed sales

Physical Requirements:
