Position Overview:

What You'll Do:
🚀 Design and deploy large Language models to automate data integration and financial reporting.
📊 Research and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms for data classification, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
👥 Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to bring AI models to life in production environments.
📊 Dive into large datasets to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
🔍 Stay ahead of AI trends and incorporate the latest advancements into our solutions.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML research and development.
Mastery of Python and experience with building with LLMs.
Experience in building E2E AI workflows, including semantic search, paragraph retrievals, keyword extraction, question answering, topic modeling, NER, and summarization.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
Proven experience handling large datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Bonus Points If You Have:
FinTech experience or familiarity with financial data systems.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge of NLP and anomaly detection techniques.
