Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Compliance Audit and Monitoring to join our Compliance team.

The Senior Manager, Compliance Audit and Monitoring leads the enterprises' compliance programs and activities. You will oversee the development, and management of all delegation oversight activities and compliance programs to align with healthcare regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of Associates, you will evaluate requirements and assessing compliance, understanding and execution from multiple perspectives, including training materials, production tooling, standard operating procedures, business practices and historical external communications regarding process.
You will report to the Director, Regulatory Audit & Reporting.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $131,200 - $172,200 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $118,080 - $154,980 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
