HW Industrial Designer

We’re seeking a curious and passionate Hardware Industrial Designer to join our product creative team. This role is ideal for someone who values excellence in the craft of product making, thrives on curiosity and loves solving complex design challenges. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring ideas to life, blending technical know-how with creativity to design products that make wellbeing a daily practice. 

What You will do: 

• Product Design & Development: You will be part of developing innovative concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs, ensuring purpose, functionality and aesthetic excellence.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work in close collaboration within our design team  and cross functional teams to tackle challenges and integrate feedback.
• Craftsmanship: Highly curious on the fundamental elements that deliver excellence in product making. Passionate about the art of product making, with attention to detail and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship.
• Technically minded: Stay curious and explore emerging technologies, manufacturing methods, and design trends to inform and enhance your work.
• Prototyping: Create physical and digital prototypes to test, iterate, and refine ideas.
• Presentation: Extremely clear and qualitative communication of concepts and ideas through sketches, renderings, and presentations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Self-Starter: Eager to take initiative, experiment, and contribute fresh ideas to projects.

We would love to have You on our team, if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping methods (e.g., 3D printing, metalforming, molding, arduino, etc).
• Strong sketching and visualization skills to express ideas effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
