Our client is looking for someone who understands customer segmentation, automation, and data-driven marketing to create high-performing email and SMS campaigns. You’ll be responsible for developing flows, newsletters, and retention strategies that increase engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize email and SMS marketing flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back).
• Build and segment customer lists for personalized messaging.
• Create and test high-converting email templates, subject lines, and offers.
• Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team on email design and copy.
• Manage and improve loyalty programs, subscription models, and retention strategies.

• Experience in YouTube content management, social media strategy, and SEO.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and monetization strategies.
• Knowledge of video editing tools, social media trends, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
