Our client, a US-based company specializing in architectural solutions. They are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team and collaborate closely with the Preconstruction Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing construction documents, generating material take-offs, and soliciting pricing from suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Preconstruction Manager on estimating projects.
• Review and analyze architectural plans and specifications.
• Identify discrepancies in construction documents.
• Generate scope documents for clients.
• Use Bluebeam and Excel for material take-offs and pricing.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel.
• Proficient in Schuco and Schucal software
• Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
