Finance Manager for US-based E-commerce ( Remote )

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team for a US-based e-commerce company. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations in a rapidly growing e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to senior management.
• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic planning.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, analysis, and recommendations to ensure operational liquidity.
• Develop and implement effective cost control measures and financial strategies to optimize operations.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to the executive team, ensuring clear communication of financial status and issues.
• Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and resource allocation to support overall business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members to foster professional development and high performance.
• Work with external auditors during annual audits and prepare necessary documentation.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in finance management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and cost control strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
