Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Influencer Outreach Specialist to identify, contact, and build relationships with relevant influencers for our brand campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience
  • Create and maintain a database of potential influencer partners
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to initiate contact with influencers
  • Develop and implement a systematic follow-up process to maximize response rates
  • Track all communications and maintain detailed records of outreach efforts
  • Evaluate influencer profiles and engagement metrics to prioritize outreach
  • Report on outreach success rates and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or similar outreach role preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
