Shopify Designer for Home & Living Ecommerce (US Based/Remote)

We are currently seeking a Shopify Designer for an exciting opportunity with a US-based Home & Living ecommerce company.

As a Shopify Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the online store, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience that drives conversion. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to create a visually appealing and functional ecommerce platform that resonates with customers in the home and living sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-friendly, visually appealing Shopify themes tailored to the home and living market.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to establish the design vision and functionality of the website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define site architecture, navigation, and overall user experience.
• Optimize existing designs for conversion and performance, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up to date with ecommerce trends and best practices to continually improve the online shopping experience.
• Add and manage product listings, images, and collections in Shopify.

• Proven experience as a Shopify Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce design work.
• Proficiency in Shopify platform, including theme customization and app integration.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and ecommerce best practices.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for home and living products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and improve site performance.
