Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistency and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create video ideas that resonate with our target audience.
• Maintain content quality and alignment with brand guidelines.

Channel Optimization

• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve video search rankings and discoverability.
• Analyze channel metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Audience Engagement

• Manage the community by responding to comments and engaging with viewers.
• Use analytics to understand audience demographics, preferences, and behavior.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase viewer retention.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content, YouTube policies, and platform updates.
• Adapt content strategies to leverage new features and stay competitive.

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and optimize channel performance.

• Experience in YouTube content management, social media strategy, and SEO.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and monetization strategies.
• Knowledge of video editing tools, social media trends, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
