Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, managing existing accounts, and creating a targeted game plan for increasing catering sales.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for processing, preparing, and delivering orders to clients, assisting in organizing teams to execute large catering orders, and managing existing accounts to ensure ongoing repeat catering sales. You will also work closely with café teams and the Regional Catering Sales Manager to uncover and pursue additional business, and create a targeted game plan for increasing catering sales. Additionally, you will utilize Outlook Calendar and other online resources to maximize organization, game planning, and follow-up.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with excellent organization, customer service, and time management skills, with a high school degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of success, enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse group of people. You must also be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten hours in length, safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight, read and write to facilitate communication, and possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
