About the Role:

Are you looking to launch your career in project management, customer success, or education technology? As an Associate Project Manager (APM), you will play a key role in helping schools and districts successfully use Panorama’s products.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of 125-150 clients and support them through survey projects, onboarding, and ongoing product adoption. You’ll develop essential skills in client communication, project coordination, and problem-solving while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Survey Project Management

  • Guide schools and districts through the survey process, helping them set up, launch, and review results.
  • Provide clear instructions on goal setting, survey setup, and reporting to ensure clients get the most out of Panorama’s tools.

Onboarding & Client Education

  • Help new clients successfully implement Panorama’s products .
  • Teach clients how to use self-service tools to achieve their goals
  • Show clients how different Panorama products work together to achieve their goals

Product Adoption & Client Engagement

  • Send proactive outreach and email campaigns to help clients stay engaged and informed.
  • Track important milestones like survey launch dates and upcoming professional development sessions, ensuring clients have what they need.
  • Provide best practices and easy-to-follow resources to encourage product adoption.

Ongoing Client Support & Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams like Tech Support, Engineering, and Account Management to solve client issues.
  • Learn how to troubleshoot common client questions and direct them to the right resources.
  • Help maintain clean and accurate user data in the Panorama platform.
