This is a full time 6 + months internship, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch! French and English fluency is required.

Reporting directly to Eliott, the VP Operations, your role will be pivotal to support the transformation of our operations structure. As we’re increasing drastically our # of customers, and overall capacity, we need an intern to join our dream team and become a real sparring partner with our Operations Manager, and VP Operations.

Your impact will be focused on our coaching programs (aka PXS or Paradox School), designed to help people live their true ambitions. In short, these are mid-to-long-term programs (3 to 15 months) to learn coaching skills and become an impactful manager, coach, parent, friend, partner or colleague.

As a sparring of our PXS Operations Manager, you’ll

  1. Support the organisation, coordination and delivery of our coaching programs.

  2. Optimise our processes and operational structure to make it more scalable and robust

  3. Work on cross-functional special projects to enhance team dynamics & customer experience

In addition, your role may extend to participation in additional projects, where your adept organizational skills will prove instrumental in aiding the Director and other team members to launch or drive forward other initiatives.

To do so, here are your 3 mains responsibilities : 

1 | DELIVER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR PXS

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our PXS programs including Principles, Certificate and Alumni. In the next 6 months, you’ll be able to:

  1. Become a rock-star operator by managing our mentoring programme, coordinating the delivery of guided coaching sessions for our students, and organize monthly training sessions.

  2. Elevate your hiring skills by recruiting mentors and guided triads facilitators, and provide them with continuous support

  3. Use your creativity to develop resources such as guides, toolkits, & other materials to support our partners

  4. Master your organisation by planning all PXS alumni events and facilitate monthly networking events

2 | OPTIMISE OUR OPERATIONS & PROCESSES 

As a sparring partner with our Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in the success of Paradox. Over 6 months, you will be able to

  • Become a real optimiser by continuously improving our processes to pair mentors with mentees, optimise our planning and overall execution.

  • Turn yourself into a “Paradox Sherlock Holmes” and lead research projects to better serve our customers, like gathering feedback, analysing data and identifying gaps for improvement.

  • Boost your communication skills, by handling community management tasks such as posting inspiring content for our students, responding to members requests and engaging with our alumni

3 | BUILD ANALYTICAL REPORTS & KICK START NEW SPECIAL PROJECTS

As a true operator, you’ll have an important role in building executive reports, bringing analytics to our C-Suite and kick-start special projects. By the end of your internship, you’ll be able to:

  • Gain analytical skills and transform our customer data into structured reports to analyse our NPS, attendance rate, completion rate and further product insights.

  • Strengthen your critical thinking by supporting our VP Operations, and Ops Manager, in strategic decisions.

  • Adopt an innovator mindset to share and implement your optimisations and improvements, alongside our CoDir.

  • Tech Savvy & Master of digital tools: you are eager to automate wherever opportunities arise.

  • Organized, responsive, and rigorous: you can manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, excel in execution, focus on results, and pay attention to details. You love creating and improving processes and systems.

  • Creative and resourceful: you have a strong ability to find new solutions to enhance the quality and impact of our coaching products. You also know how to and enjoy being a resource to help others solve their problems.

  • Client-Centric Focus: you understand client needs and feedback, maintaining a client-centric approach to ensure coaching solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.
