Proposal Manager
Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for a highly skilled and motivated Proposal Manager to join our award winning team. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the entire proposal development process, ensuring the timely and compliant submission of high-quality proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, initiative, and a deep understanding of government contracting requirements.
- Identify, lead, and manage the proposal development process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather and integrate proposal content.
- Develop and maintain proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices to ensure timely and organized proposal submissions.
- Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness.
- Lead and conduct proposal reviews and coordinate color team reviews (e.g., Pink, Red, Gold) to ensure high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Manage proposal resources, including graphic designers, editors, and consultants, to produce visually appealing and professional proposals.
- Ensure all proposals are compliant with government regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Track and report on proposal status, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
- Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with business development (BD) activities in support of company growth.
